Our Story

We started Pets & Birds Care the way a lot of good resources start: out of frustration.

Between exotic pet TikToks, contradictory Reddit threads, and blogs that hadn't been updated since 2018, there was no single place giving straight answers to the questions new owners actually ask is this legal where I live, what will this really cost me, and what does my vet need to know that mine doesn't.

So we built one. Our team combines hands-on animal care experience, veterinary expertise, and dedicated research so every guide on this site is checked against real evidence, not recycled from other blogs.

Our Mission

We exist to help pet and bird owners make informed decisions before they bring an animal home not after something goes wrong.

That means:

Naming real costs, including the ones sellers don't mention
